One-on-one grooming means your dog is the only dog being worked on during their appointment. No loud kennels, no rotating between multiple dogs, and no long waiting periods. From the moment they arrive until pick-up, your dog has 100% of the groomer’s attention.
What this usually looks like:
You drop your dog off at their exact appointment time and the grooming begins right away. Your dog moves through the entire bath, drying, and haircut without interruption unless they need a break. Right before they’re finished, you receive a message for pick-up. No dogs are overlapping unless you’re picking up or the next dog is arriving.
